🚚 Delivery Areas & Time
• Inside Dhaka: Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. 
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. 

Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, natural events, or logistics delays.

💰 Shipping Charge
• Inside Dhaka: 60
• Outside Dhaka: 120

📞 Delivery Confirmation
Our delivery team may call you to confirm delivery details and ensure smooth delivery.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items
• If your product arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, inspect it in front of the delivery person.
• If that’s not possible, record a short unboxing video showing the issue.
